Obviously, having a high quality outdoor propane grill, expensive toaster oven or a large electric stove – would make it easier for you to cook better foods in less time, but these cooking tools are not a must.

In this post we are going to examine an authentic Italian pizza recipe that I've managed to find on Youtube. Apparently it was made by chef Tomatza that is quite popular in the huge video sharing website, and this chef already uploaded other videos where he shares his experience with the visitors – so there is a good chance that you could find even more useful recipes there, I am just going to focus on this real Italian pizza recipe.

Regardless of this interesting video featuring chef Tomatza, I had to say that I barely know a single person who doesn't like pizza, and I'm sure that all of my friends and family members would be delighted to try a real authentic Italian pizza. It's actually one of my favorite foods (I've been to Italy and it's a fantastic country, that has beautiful landscapes and quality restaurants that serve tasty Italian dishes) and because of this fact I was quite surprised that I could find such a useful video of a professional chef that shows us how to cook this wonderful pizza.

While it's true that it's not necessary to have an indoor electric grill or griddle like the units that we wrote about in previous posts, my personal preference is to use these units for quick breakfasts or outdoor grilling parties and only in order occasions use delicious pizza recipes like the one shared in the video. So it's possible to find the video here and if it's not working for some unknown reason you can visit chef Tomatza Youtube channel and hopefully find the video we are talking about and possibly other tasty recipes that would be great to try on your own.

In the video the chef explains and shows how to cook some real authentic pizza that bakeries around the world don't want you to learn, according to Tomatza's words. The process isn't very complicated and the man is actually quite funny – made me laugh a couple of time while watching the video. Thus, I would recommend him to try developing his comedy skills since he might have a bright future in it.

It's important to mention that I've never met the chef personally and have no connection to this specific video or affiliated with Tomatza in any manner (although I wouldn't refuse to meet the guy or even better: eat his Italian pizza).

Moreover, the photo of the delicious pizza above wasn't taken from the useful video made by chef Tomatza but from another website – the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis that some of you may know about and others may not, and the only reason this site was mentioned is because of the really good looking pizza picture (wouldn't you want to taste it?)

Because of the fact that I've got a couple of things to do with the electric griddle and other kitchen cooking tools I probably won't be able to update the blog as much as I would like, but if you want to visit the previous post about electric griddles and grills simply click on the blue link in this sentence and have fun.

Popular Electric Griddles/Grills Reviews

So I have decided to write a short post describing some of the more popular electric griddles and electric grills. As you may know there are many companies lately that are producing a lot of appliances that are either a griddle, a grill or even a combination of both and other units too. Of course, it's not supposed to be a comprehensive list but a really short one.

Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N Stainless Steel

Although this nice kitchen appliance doesn't look very big at first it's safe to say that it's an average size griddle that would satisfy most of your needs. It's not only an electric griddle, as you might guess if you are familiar with the Cuisinart family of griddlers, but it can also function as an electric grill, a combination of both griddle or grill.

Until now, I have mentioned only 3 of it's versatile positions - there are two other positions that the customer can use with the Cuisinart GR-4N griddler: it can be used as a contact grill or even as a panini press - only you'll be the one who is going to choose what foods you are going to cook with it.

If you want to read more about this specific griddler by Cuisinart that is very popular you can click here: Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N Review

Black & Decker Waffle Baker and Grill/Griddle

Despite it's name, the Black and Decker waffle maker isn't only an appliance for waffles, but it's also marketed as both a grill and a griddle. Unlike the Cuisinart GR-4N griddler that is much more versatile (5 in 1 appliance, remember?) the Black & Decker waffle baker is not very good at cooking certain foods in the long run (apparently, there is a lot of controversy around this issue, but most people claim that in its first few uses this waffle maker is actually pretty good).

You can find a lot more details and information about this particular model at the previous post that I wrote - the Black & Decker G48TD Waffle Maker Review.

George Foreman GGR50B Indoor Outdoor Grill

This electric grill of the famous George Foreman brand is another popular product that is receiving a lot of attention in recent years. Now, it's not similar to a number of other George Foreman grills that have removable grilling plates and are basically countertop grills (for example, there is an older post that is exactly about one of these units - it's the George Foreman GRP99 grill and if you want to read the review about this model instead of the GGR50B design you can simply click on the link).

This model is actually an outdoor grill that can deliver much better results according to numerous people who tried these products. It heats up pretty fast, and despite the fact that it looks really big and bulky (it's actually is bulky when all the parts are assembled), but the stand of the George Foreman GGR50B grill is actually portable and thus make it a lot easier on the user.

Hopefully, this list will expand in the near future and contain some more popular electric griddles and grills that I have been thinking about. However, it'll take some time until you see them here, so stay tuned.

Black & Decker G48TD Waffle Maker Review

Well, at a first glance the Black and Decker waffle maker really does look like it's a quality and interesting unit. I mean, according to the description of this G48TD model it's not only a waffle baker, but it can also be used as an electric grill or an electric griddle. The company calls it a three-in-one appliance because of the reason stated in the previous sentence, therefore making it look like a versatile appliance that is of high quality.

In addition, the Black & Decker G48tD waffle baker doesn't take up a lot of room (unlike many other griddles and grills that will make it hard on you if you don't have a big cabinet or a place to store them) since it's not very large when it's folded. On the other hand, the Black and Decker waffle maker can be used to cook or grill enough food for a couple of people when it's used as a grill or a griddle. And if that's not enough then the price of this kitchen appliance is also not very expensive, but not very cheap either.

In the first few times you use the Black and Decker waffle maker you might notice that the results that you get are decent and that the nonstick surface does a pretty good job. It's really not hard to clean the Black & Decker G48tD waffle baker since the pancakes, waffles, eggs and other foods won't really stick to it in its first uses. So, you notice that this waffle baker of the Black & Decker company is not that bad – it cooks the food well, although it's not perfect, it looks like it could last for some time and it relatively easy to clean because of the nonstick cooking surface.

However, after a couple of uses I started to see that the nonstick has started to peel off, not something which would make you happy. Now, if you are not familiar with nonstick cookware, you should know that it's believed to be bad for our health to use a nonstick appliance that its surface was damaged or just wore off. So, you basically don't have a lot to do with the Black and Decker waffle maker if its nonstick surface is damage.

According to what I understood, it's not uncommon for the surface of the Black & Decker G48tD waffle baker to peel off. So the company should take some serious measures before this appliance should be sold, since it doesn't contribute to the popularity and reputation of this big company. There is no doubt that there are better options in the market other than the Black & Decker waffle maker, and always remember to look for information before you buy anything.

Other than the Black & Decker waffle iron there are other interesting appliances that may very well deserve your attention, like the Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler GR-4N that I already wrote about in the previous post.

Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N Review | Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler

I have to say that the Cuisinart griddler gr-4n is definitely one of the most popular electric griddles today, although it can work as a grill as well. Of course, the appliance can also work as a Panini press, electric griddle, grill, half griddle and half grill and a contact grill. This is the reason that the Cuisinart griddler is named 5 in 1 griddler, since it can function as five appliances, even though it's just one unit.

It's true that there are other electric grill griddle units in the market that are quite interesting, and some like the Cuisinart gr-4n griddler can work as other appliances too, but one of the most important things in any kitchen appliance, is how well does it perform. So, it doesn't matter if an indoor grill griddle for example, can only function as a grill or griddle, but if it heats up evenly and cook the food well – it's considered to be a great kitchen appliance that does it job.

The reason for this is that indeed not all units can cook the food the way you like it to be cooked, but for the time being we are not going to deal with the crap electric griddles but keep dealing with the Cuisinart griddler gr-4n that many people claim that it's a well designed electric griddle. Apparently, this particular griddler of Cuisinart has brushed stainless steel housing, as well as a cover that can adjust to the thickness of the food that is being grilled or cooked on the unit.

Moreover, the handles are also well designed and resemble the look for Panini press handles, and there is an integrated drip tray that is supposed to drain the grease that is created when cooking on the Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N. The unit also comes with removable cooking plates that can be removed from the griddler and be washed with hot water and soap (it is possible to put the plates in the dishwasher).

It's true that the Cuisinart gr-4n griddler isn't a large electric grill, but it can take the place of the average electric griddle or grill since it does a nice job when grilling steaks, cooking chicken breasts, pancakes and much more. The appliance also comes with a three year limited warranty, as well as a scraper tool that can be cleaned in the dishwasher and a gourmet recipe book which the user can choose recipes that to try with the Cuisinart griddler. Of course, you are not limited to use the recipes in the cookbook.

Overall, this griddler is quite interesting and it looks like a quality kitchen appliance that can function as an indoor grill griddle, electric griddle and other appliances all in this one unit. The negative point in the griddler of Cuisinart would be its expensive price.

The previous post was about the George Foreman grills that are quite popular in recent years and include a couple of models that may be of interest to you if you are looking for an electric grill.

George Foreman Grills | George Foreman Electric Grills

As you may know, there are a couple of George Foreman grills that are available for purchase today. Some of the models are supposed to function as a coal or gas grill (like the George Foreman GGR50B Indoor Outdoor Grill, that as you can understand from its name is not only an indoor electric grill but also an outdoor unit), while other models can be considered as an electric griddle grill.

For example the George Foreman grill GRP99 removable plates is more often associated with other electric griddles, and it has grilling plates that can be removed for easy cleaning.

I believe I have already written a review about this specific George Foreman grill, and you can find it if you are looking for more information about this unit. There is no doubt that the best thing about this product is that it's relatively easy to clean, unlike other electric grills or griddles that can be a pain to clean.

But let's go back to the George Foreman GGR50B Indoor/Outdoor Grill, this large electric grill can actually be used on a tabletop or on a pedestal (stands about -1/2 feet high). Like other George Foreman grills, this one is also designed to allow draining of extra grease, so that the cooked food would be healthier for the consumer, and the cleanup would also be easier to perform.

In addition, it seems that the description of the product mentions that the electric grill griddle has a generous cooking surface that can contain enough food for a crowd. This George Foreman grill also has adjustable heating controls that can be set to low, high and other options that would alter the electric heat of the unit.

On the other hand, the George Foreman GRP99 next generation gril with removable plates, silver metallic finish is considered as an indoor grill griddle, but it is easier to clean when you compare it to other electric griddles, thanks to its removable plates that can basically be put in the dishwasher.

Another unit of the George Foreman grills is also quite popular - the George Foreman GRP90WGR Next Grilleration Electric Nonstick Grill with 5 Removable Plates. This unit also has removable grilling plates that make it easy to clean, and the product description mentions 72 inches of cooking surface.

Ok, this is it for now. I might as well expand this post or write another one about the George Foreman grills, so stay tuned.

Regardless of the information here about the George Foreman grills, if you do like to eat cakes or even cook some, you can try this cake recipes that look quite tasty. Of course, you could always buy a cake from the grocery store. I am sure that everyone who heard or searched information about the electric griddle have heard about the Presto griddles. Now, there are a number of Presto electric griddles that you can get at almost any store, but probably the most famous is the Presto 07046 Tilt n Drain Big Griddle Cool Touch Electric Griddle that can be tilted in order to help draining the grease during cooking. I have already written some information and reviews about the Presto big griddle so if you haven't read it you can check it out at the archive page.

As I mentioned before, Presto has some more electric griddle models other than the Presto 07046 such as the Presto 07039 Professional 22 Inch Jumbo Electric Griddle that is also known as the Presto Jumbo griddle. I don't own this one but I have to say that this griddle also looks interesting and I believe that it is the second most popular griddle from the Presto griddles.

It's made of heavy cast aluminum according to the product's description (I believe that most if not all of the Presto electric griddles are made of this material) and is therefore not very heavy (which wouldn't cause any more problems with cleaning). The Presto 07039 Professional 22 inch Jumbo electric griddle is definitely a large unit, so you'll thank Presto that made this product light and easy to clean.

And what about the price of this electric grill griddle? It isn't much different from other Presto griddles that are known to be cheap. The Presto Jumbo griddle is also very cheap, especially when you compare its price to the prices of the Cuisinart griddler or the George Foreman grill (which is also a large electric grill, but is not designed especially as an electric griddle). So, with this low price you get a nice electric griddle that is big and light and fully submersible in water for easy cleanup.

According to what I understand, the Presto Jumbo cool touch griddle also has a nice nonstick surface that does a nice job preventing the pancakes from sticking. I am not quite sure about the following thing, but I would guess that the Presto Jumbo griddle has quite the same cooking surface as the Presto big griddle (since its the same company, the same materials, etc) so that the heat won't be distributed perfectly but good enough for cooking nice pancakes and bacon.

Something that is not related to the Presto 07039 griddle but to another indoor grill griddle. I understand that a Sanyo product is getting a lot of attention nowadays so I will try to get some information about it. The previous article was about the Rival Electric Griddle that is one of the few griddles that can actually be folded with ease.

See ya next time :)

Rival Electric Griddle - Rival GRF405 Fold n Store Griddle Review

If I were looking for a unit that can cook tasty bacon, pancakes, eggs and other similar foods I would definitely be interested in the Rival Fold n Store griddle. First of all, the electric griddle is well designed and has an interesting feature that not many other electric griddles have – the ability to folded for easy storage. It's not hard to understand that people with a relatively small kitchen or cabinet would love to use the Rival folding griddle since it would be quite easy to store it and get it out for use.

Moreover, this specific Rival electric griddle is not really expensive when compared to other brands such as the Broil King griddle or the popular Cuisinart Griddler. On the other hand, some of the Presto electric griddles might be cheaper than the Rival griddles so if you are looking for a cheap unit, these brands would probably be the choice.

In addition, the Rival GRF405 Fold n Store griddle does seem to do a good job of cooking. Although it might be a bit messy to cook hamburgers and other really fat foods on this unit (because of the excessive grease and cooking liquids that the griddle electric unit might not be able to drain), other foods like pancakes, eggs and French toasts can end up just fine – delicious and tasty as you would want it to be.

For those who insist on griddle grill (or a different unit) that can also be used to cook those really fat foods (like hamburgers for example), it would be a good idea to consider the George Foreman electric grill griddle and in particular the new model of this brand. The new design has removable grilling plates that make the cleaning much easier for the user. You can check the review of this George Foreman grill GRP99 by following the link to a different post about this grill.

It's just that the George Foreman unit does a better job with fat foods since it can drain much more grease than the Rival Fold n Store griddle GRF405 and the removable griddle plates can really help with the cleaning.

Ok, enough with the Foreman grills, this Rival electric griddle can be just as good if not better when you cook pancakes, hash browns, eggs and other foods. However, when you use or cook with the Rival Folding griddle you should be aware that the grease can splatter on the unit's temperature control and the kitchen countertop so you have to be careful and willing to do some extra cleaning.

Another important thing is that you can not use the Rival Fold n Store griddle as a contact grill (unlike the George Foreman grill for example). This electric griddle just has to be placed on a flat surface in order to function. It can't work at all when in the folded position, so don't think about trying to activate it while it isn't open.

Now, it's not a large electric grill griddle but it still is a really big unit that can contain a lot of food at the same time. Although this unit is basically an indoor grill griddle it can also be used for outdoor cooking! So you can cook your food wherever you want (almost) and whenever you want.

George Foreman Grill GRP99 Griddle Review

At first glance, the appearance and sheer size of this unit both look really promising and impressive, and the removable grilling plates make the entire electric grill griddle even more attractive to the average consumer. Seeing some of this George Foreman indoor grill reviews that warn future users not to insert the plates to the dishwasher I have decided not to risk the griddle grill by doing this, and frankly, the cooking plates are not that hard to wash manually so it's fine by me.

It looks like the large electric grill is just made for cooking burgers; however the unit does have a tendency to dry up pork meat before it get completely cooked. Moreover, I was a bit disappointed to see that bacon can take a lot of time and sometimes even will not get crisp at all. After we have figured this out, we switched the grilling, cooking and all other actions performed by the indoor grill griddle with much higher cooking temperatures than previously recommended. After doing this, we are pretty much happy with the performance of the George Foreman grill GRP99.

We would probably look for electric griddles or electric grills that are from the same George Foreman Company since we respect the brand a lot more after this experience. If or when we look for an outdoor grill, we might as well check the George foreman outdoor grill that looks pretty popular and reputed too.

Anyway, not every was great with this large electric grill. I wasn't happy to see that the timer controls started to cause problems after the fourth or fifth use by simply malfunctioning. We can pretty much say that the electric grill griddle acts a bit funny, basically it counts up and down and we have no way to stop it other than unplug the griddle from the outlet.

We started to use a different kitchen timer that has nothing to do with the George Foreman Company, but we still needed to be cautious whenever we activate the George Foreman electric grill, since the unit just would not function when the timer is not placed in the correct location. Therefore, someone has to constantly monitor the electric griddle grill by standing next to it. However, the user would need to do this anyway while cooking or grilling, and probably other electric griddles would require the user to act in a similar way.

Right now, we are not able to return the George Foreman indoor grill, and we don't want to when thinking of how useful it is. Maybe we could replace it with a similar design devoid of a timer, but I can say for sure that we are not willing to cook without the George Foreman grill GRP99 or a unit that would take it place. Yes, we can accept some of the flaws of the large electric grill, because everything else is just perfect.

The previous entry is the Presto Big Griddle, so you can go back and read it if you haven't.

For additional sources about grills and tasty food that are related to the subject discussed in the above post you can check a page about a Steak that is nice, it's the Omaha Steaks by the way.

Presto Big Griddle | Presto Biggriddle Cool Touch Griddle

Whenever we have decided to have a nice pancake breakfast or other meal for our family meetings which include a lot of members, there was a grave need for an electric griddle grill that would be big enough and maintain the heating temperature at the same time. Although there are many electric griddles in the market like the Rival griddle, the BroilKing electric griddle and even the Cuisinart griddler I wanted to know why are the Presto griddles so popular.

Since we needed an electric grill griddle that wouldn't weight a lot and would be quite easy to clean we decided to try the Presto 07046 Tilt n Drain Big Griddle Cool Touch Electric Griddle. I have noticed a couple of the negative reviews and really was a bit concerned about the even heating of the Presto biggriddle, as this problem was reported in several reviews. Even if one is concerned about the heating, the griddle electric unit is probably better than the regular griddle stove top or a frying pan.

Anyway, after getting the Presto 07046 griddle, spraying it with some cooking spray, giving it enough time to heat up to the correct temperature, I can say that the pancakes were cooked ok after various tweaking and moving around. Nothing fancy, like a golden brown pancake that might be the result of a commercial electric griddle, but the pancakes were edible and even tasty (tasted similar to other large electric grill that we had in the past).

We ended up with dozens of pancakes for our nice breakfast and even could be a bit proud to serve everybody even after some hard work. So the Presto griddles are really all very cheap but they seem to work fine, especially this exact model – the Presto biggriddle cool touch griddle.

Although the Presto 07046 griddle is supposed to offer easy cleanup, the cleaning was in fact, the cleaning itself was a bit hard only as a result of its big size. The unit definitely didn't fit into the sink in my kitchen, although it does sound fine to hear that the Presto electric griddle is fully submersible (when removed of the cord and electrical plug). I think that other Presto electric griddles also offer this feature, so a smaller griddle electric unit might fit better into the average sink (well most of the indoor grill griddle units won't fit the sink anyway).

However it's kind of cleaned up relatively easy on my specific kitchen countertop; just remember that you have to clean each and every corner so that the grease won't accumulate itself. It's also important to mention that the Presto biggriddle cool touch griddle is very big, so that before you decide to get this Presto griddle, check the claimed size first and then make sure you a place that can fit this unit. On the other hand, I am just unable comment on the interesting Tilt n Drain feature of the Presto big griddle since I didn't use it yet, nevertheless it does tilt easily so it looks promising.

You can read the older post about the Presto Electric Griddle if you have not read it yet.

Presto Electric Griddle | The Presto 07046 Tilt n Drain Big Griddle Cool Touch Electric Griddle

The exclusive Tilt n Drain feature of this Presto electric griddle is very interesting and the 1500 watt griddle unit can easily adjusts to a tilted draining cooking surface for meats and steaks from the flat grilling surface and as a result offers healthier foods. Although other Presto electric griddles are also capable of similar features this model is very popular, even more than other brands such as the Rival griddles and even the Cuisinart griddler. Those kitchen appliances can function like a good indoor grill griddle if used correctly.

To use the feature of this Presto griddle the user needs to pull the handles until the desired slope of the cooking surface is reached. In order to come back to previous leveled surface the user need to push the handles of the Presto cool touch griddle. As mentioned before, it helps to produce healthier foods unlike some other electric griddles.

The Presto Biggriddle also heats up pretty fast and although the heat is not distributed as evenly as the user might want, the griddle electric unit can nevertheless be enough for cooking edible foods. Moreover, the Control Master heating control is working in order to preserve the cooking temperatures as long as possible. Not all of the Presto griddles have this feature, so this feature makes the Presto big griddle quite unique.

Additionally, the electric griddle's huge cooking surface can easily accommodate approximately half more food than other jumbo griddles, it really is that big. The Presto big griddle can fit around twelve slices of tasty French toast or pancakes during a given period, so what this means is that the entire family can take a seat and enjoy a nice breakfast or other meal together. Deciding on a good grill based on the needs you have or the space in the kitchen would be a good idea if you're considering buying an indoor electric grill or even a coal grill. Listed ahead are several options available for most people and allow the user who is grilling with a barbecue or electric grill to come up with a good decision.

It is recommended that whatever the electric grill griddle or other grilling machine by which you decide to stick with, you have to allocate a place for cooking. Also if your grill has extractor hood or a circulation that let the smoke climb and out it would greatly ease the cooking process. Moreover, grills and their different parts have to be made out of a material resistant to heat and high temperatures for the safety of the users and it include any propane or coal grill, large electric grill and even the various electric griddles that are available today (for example the George Foreman grill that is quite popular among people who are looking to buy an electric grill and also among those who are looking for a coal/gas grill).

Traditional Recessed or Pre-Cast Parrilla

It is a grill that is usually an internal one to the place where you it would be employed, and is ideal if you have a family house using a courtyard. This machine needs an excellent draft for evacuating the smoke because it is usually installed outdoors or under a roofed area (it is a very classic addition to the house and it does a great job compared to most gas grills and electric grills). The advantage of this kind of barbecue is always to cook food using charcoal or wood and will be matched to the space you might have.

Electric Grill Griddle

These electric grills are small (usually, but there are also large electric grills), compact and very useful for those who live in apartment. When cooking with an electric griddle grill it is necessary to plug it into an electrical outlet. The temperature of the heat is measured in degrees Celsius with a maximum of 350 degrees and depending on the grill with a nonstick Teflon base, which maintain the heat and distributes it quite evenly depending on the materials that the indoor electric grill is made of (which would also be the case with an indoor grill griddle).

Rolling Grill

Such kitchen appliances tend to be made out of metal and refractory tiles and casters and such a grill can be easily moved from place to place. Unlike an electric grill griddle which runs on electricity the rolling grill is not powered by electrical power but by other means:

- A charcoal grill could be placed in indoor parties and the courtyard of a house, to cook food using charcoal or wood. Depending on model, the grill has an adjustable metal grill to heat the food quickly. Although this is an indoor grill like other indoor electric grill designs, it can also be used outdoors which makes this unit pretty versatile compared to an electric grill griddle.

- A gas grill: it may either be positioned in houses or in apartments with balcony: To cook food it's important to connect a gas cylinder. Some grills burners operate with a mix of surefire plate and volcanic stones to help keep the unit warm. This wouldn't be the case with an electric griddle such as the popular Presto griddles, Rival electric griddle and even the Cuisinart griddles (one of the more popular gas grills is the Weber Q 100 gas grill that many people like to use at the Barbecue season, and this is despite the fact that the unit is not cheap to say the least).

If you haven't read the older post, Electric Griddle Grill, you are able to read by going to the link.

Why an Electric Griddle Grill is Better than Coal and Propane Grills

Once upon a time electric grills were simply a joke among the outdoor cooking enthusiasts not to mention an electric grill griddle. You just weren't a 'real man' or a grilling expert if you didn't use either propane or charcoal to power your grill. With the top brands such as the George Foreman Company jumping on the electric grill bandwagon, though, these kinds of appliances are establishing themselves as viable and as a good alternative to coal grill or propane grill.

So are you considering of getting an electric grill griddle yourself? Listed below are two reasons why you should grab yourself a stainless steel grill for the backyard or at least a compact indoor grill griddle.

What powers the typical grills and common barbecues in most people's yard? It is the fuel, folks! When it comes to a grill griddle for the deck or home, you can actually only find about three choices that exist on the market. You could potentially choose a modern propane unit, an electrical barbecue or a regular charcoal grill instead of a large electric grill. Unfortunately all of these models and different designs operate on some sort of fuel. And here is the reason that electricity is the best choice... It is the least expensive choice and not only that, it is also the cleanest! (Would you consider an electric grill griddle or a different indoor grill griddle now?)

Charcoal grills gets quite expensive if the grill is used regularly and that annoying soot that is being left on your palms to deal with is pretty gross as well. Propane is also quite pricy. The tanks that can be refilled are a good idea but they very, very heavy! This makes refueling them really inconvenient and quite awkward (which would never happen with an electric griddle grill or even a large electric grill).

There is a small danger factor as well to think about if you are going to select the gas route. These products (fuel powered, not electrical) are highly flammable to say the least, and on top of this the tanks could easily explode with a bit of bad luck. Thus, choosing an electric grill griddle is the most critical choice you could have. Electricity unlike fuel is cheap and clean (and safer as well).

An additional cause to obtain an electric griddle grill involves no other than temperature control. Charcoal, propane and coal grills are just notorious for being very difficult and even annoying about this issue. The way these grills are created allows it to be very tough for the user to judge just how hot the cooking surface of the grill is. If this reason is not enough to convince you to get a large electric grill or an indoor grill griddle that actually runs on electricity then keep reading.

When using a gas grill or other fuel powered grill griddles the user is often left with a burger, steak and other foods that are either overcooked or undercooked. With an electric grill griddle, it's very easy to control the temperature. The surface of a large electric grill heats up very evenly and usually a smaller indoor grill griddle can even do a better job. The meaning of this is that regardless of what is being cooked on an evenly heated surface, the food will be evenly cooked.

Despite the fact that grills that run on electricity are more popular today compared to the past, there are lots of gas grills that are still extremely successful among customers and a prime example would be the Weber portable gas grill that although it's not a cheap appliance many people still prefer it over other units.

The previous post is the Electric Grill Griddle. A good electric grill griddle can get the perfect pancakes or French toast golden brown and some burgers can be cooked to juicy perfection with a nice indoor grill at hand. What determines its characteristic, the batter or the surface, the heat, or flipping technique?

Those all may play a huge roll in cooking an ideal juicy burger, which we all want, or browning a pancake perfectly, but something that can easily make a huge difference could be the surface you cook on (preferably the surface of a large electric grill). When you cook pancakes, eggs, bacons, French toasts, or just about anything that way, the best way to cook them is with a griddle. A burger could possibly fare better while on an outdoor grill like the George Foreman grill, however, if it's rainy or cold outside or if you just don't have one, an electric griddle is the next most responsible thing.

Purchasing an electric grill griddle could be seen as a daunting task (even a feat to some) for your requirements. Yes, indeed it's all dependent upon the way you are with the cooking and with the shopping (ok not all, but most). If you be great at both, victorious you will emerge. If you love to cook and know with expertise all of the latest techniques, you need to spare no expense and get the top quality products. If you're a penny pincher, you may seek out the lowest priced on the market. If you're both, you might be stuck somewhere which better off not mentioned and with the satisfaction of having a junk griddle or grill. It's indeed difficult to find that middle ground and unfortunately a good indoor grill griddle as well.

First and foremost decide if you prefer a plain griddle stove top to make use of on your stove or one of the various electric grill griddle combos. It's definitely possible to get a rounded and nice looking griddle as a griddle pan, but it is flat and usually small so it can be tricky to the user who isn't a professional chef. This really is good usually in the event that the user doesn't cook large quantities of food. In case the user makes pancakes to suit the needs of a bunch of people, a round electric griddle is the recommended way to go.
